Growing up I always had a camera in my hand. I loved taking pictures of everything, but landscapes were always my passion.  I only dreamt about having the opportunity to make a career out of photography. I think everyone wants to do something they love, but ends up doing what they love as a hobby due to financial reasons.  My husband knew how much I loved photography and invested in a camera almost 8 years ago.  I started off with the T3I shooting out of my house. After things started picking up I upgraded to 2 Mark III's and a Mark IV.  I now have my own photography studio in Joppa, MD and over a 1000 loyal clients. It was all a risk in the beginning, but every good reward started off with a risk of some sort.  Things haven't always been easy and I had to work two jobs in the beginning, but you have to do what it takes to do what you love. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to not only do what I love, but to do it for my job! Every day I am grateful for the clients that I have because I know others aren't as fortunate.  I try not to limit myself to one genre of photography.  I capture newborns and babies, families, senior pictures, engagements and weddings and boudoir.  I was advised that I had to focus on only one type of photography or you will end up not succeeding at any of them.  I am glad I didn't listen to everyone's advice.  Each one has its own challenges, but that's what makes it so fun! I would be grateful to have the opportunity to capture your memories.
